Receiving transactions are associated with a particular receiving role that determines which documents the party can receive in the scope of one business profile.
In other words, by registering different business transactions, business participants define which document specification they accept.
For example they can specify whether they receive an invoice or an order in Peppol BIS3 format or a particular domestic syntax specification.
