The call parses an XML business document whose document type is OrderChange and the associated business transaction group SubmitOrderChange. The document is located using the unique message identifier (GUID).
The call returns a JSON that includes details about the message and the order change metadata. The metadata returned matches the metadata structure used in the POST /transactions/submit-order-change call.
