Gets the number of documents waiting for action, per pending status, for a party, with a localized subject,
text and a link to those documents in Unimaze.

Incoming statuses (transfer is incoming): pendingdelivery, pendingprocessing, processing and
pendinginformation. Outgoing statuses (transfer is outgoing): pendingreview and pendingbooking.
Each status counts only documents of its own direction, plus documents the party sends to itself.
Statuses with no documents are left out.
