Sets the message status to delivered after import into the back-end system.

This indicates that the message has been successfully received.
An incoming message can be marked as delivered if its current status is pendingdelivery.
Use this to mark the inbound message as having been properly processed, so that it will no longer appear in the list of pending inbound messages. Preserve the GUID of the message in case you need to fetch and display HTML or PDF versions of it.
