Gets the summaries of pending messages for a party based on iso identifier with text.

Returns a summary of pending actions related to documents that may need attention. For each action, a link text and URL and the total number of documents.

For example, returns subjects such as Unfetched documents.

Uses the Accept-Language header for localization to Icelandic is, English en, Serbian sr.
